About Us

Michie Water System has been in business since 1967. We are located at 6019 Highway 22 South, across the street from Michie Post Office and behind the Ole’ Monteray Cafe. We are a small rural water department with 1,035 water customers. We produce and treat our own water and pump an estimated 270,000 gallons of water a day. We provide water service to Michie, Acton and to parts of Shiloh, Selmer and Guys. We have a maintenance crew of 3 men that work hard daily to provide good, safe drinking water to our customers.
